PayPal disputes, in order to get a refund for your money back will not be tolerated. By commissioning me (buying my services) and/or buying my products(adoptables, customs, illustrations) you will automatically agree to all of my Terms of Service below and you also agree that you will NOT file a back-charge dispute unless you have visual proof (screen-shot proof through email, text, or through other social media) that you did not receive my services. Our conversations (through email, text, or through social media) will be recorded whether you request a dispute through ~~~~PayPal or not for both of our safety.

If a non-rightful dispute is made on an adopt or custom, all rights and ownership to that character automatically will go back to me.
