All payment is taken upfront through PayPal or Cashapp. I accept holds but only up to 14 days (2 weeks, can be bended, read below), I will not start coloring the custom until payment is sent.

Only request a hold if you know you are 100% certain will have the money. If you fail to give payment to me you will no longer be eligible to do business with me in the future.

*If you choose to request a hold (On adopts or customs), clients who pay up front or offer to will be prioritized first, unless your hold outbids theirs (in case of an adopt)

I am able to do payment plans on orders over 150$ with a 25% deposit.

I don’t stress this enough - if you are unhappy with your custom during the creation process, TELL ME! If you don’t like the hair style, the color of something, or want a specific trait, just tell me instead of staying silent about it. You’re paying for this with your money, I will not get upset with multiple changes. My goal is to have all my clients satisfied with my services!
YOU reserve the right to sell your custom in any way you see fit. If you purchased a custom from me for 40$ you are free to sell it for 4000 deviantart points or other currencies as you wish. This also applies if you choose to sell the design for more or less than you bought it for with or without extra art.
