⚠️ ~ as of june 2024, I no longer take paypal. I will only be taking cashapp from this point forward to avoid the tax deduction from payments sent to me, this is so my commission prices don’t raise and the tax payment won’t fall on those that buy my services.

Payment will be taken upfront through cashapp or Paypal.
PayPal disputes, in order to get a refund for your money back will not be tolerated. By commissioning me (buying my services) and/or buying my products(adoptables, customs, illustrations) you will automatically agree to all of my Terms of Service below and you also agree that you will NOT file a back-charge dispute unless you have visual proof (screen-shot proof through email, text, or through other social media) that you did not receive my services. Our conversations (through email, text, or through social media) will be recorded whether you request a dispute through PayPal or not for both of our safety.
If a non-rightful dispute is made on an adopt or custom, all rights and ownership to that character automatically will go back to me.
Refunds
I do not do refunds on adopts that have already been purchased. Customs and art can be eligible for a refund IF I have not started coloring. If I have not made any progress with said art/custom in the time period you prefer, you will be fully reimbursed.
Holds on customs and adopts.
I accept holds only up to 7 days (1 week) for customs/adopts that are priced between $50-$190. The 1 week hold period can be bended if you are paying $200+ or more or you request a payment plan. If you purchased a custom I will not start coloring until payment is sent. If you auto bid/out bid on an adopt you will not have ownership to it until I am paid.
Only request a hold if you know you are 100% certain will have the money. If you fail to give payment to me in the respected time you will no longer be eligible to do business with me in the future.
Holds are only eligible on customs or adopts, if you are buying art it must be paid upfront.
